Emma has just completed a run as Maisey in Scott Alan’s The Distance You Have Come, and her second sell-out tour as a lead vocalist with the world famous Post Modern Jukebox. Emma is most widely known for her principal roles in a variety of West End productions including Eva Peron in Evita, Elphaba in Wicked, Scaramouche and Meat in We Will Rock You and Donna in Dreamboats and Petticoats. She also performs all over the world as a vocalist at a variety of high end concerts and corporate events. White Christmas Special Guest Alice Inglis

Alice Inglis is an actress, singer and bagpiper who graduated from PPA last year. During her time at PPA, she particularly enjoyed playing the role of Martha in Spring Awakening. Since graduating, she has played the lead in a couple of short films and she will be acting in her first feature film next year. You can also catch her portraying various historical characters at the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace. Alice lives in London but will be journeying back to her hometown in Scotland for Christmas.

Shakira is a musical theatre performer from the highlands of Scotland! Since graduating in 2017, she has taken part in several West End concerts, short films, pantomime, and most recently, Hamlet: In Session with Sigmund Freud. Shakira is very excited to help spread some Christmas cheer!

Shona is delighted to announce that she will be joined by the sensational Philippa Lynas at 54 Below on 1st August 2018 Philippa Lynas was born and bred in the Barossa Valley in South Australia. After studying for two years in New York City at the prodigious American Musical and Dramatic Academy Philippa was nominated and went onto win 2011’s Broadway’s Rising Star where she performed at one of the oldest Broadway theatres, The New York City Town Hall. She has performed in various shows in New York and is fresh back from sailing around then world as Cunard Lines’ lead production singer on board the largest ocean liners in the world, Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria. ABOUT SHONA

Biography

A Scottish native, Shona trained at The Royal Academy of Music in London at which she is now an Associate Artist. During her time at the Academy she won the coveted Ronald White Prize for Acting Through Song. An advocate for new writing, Shona has just performed at Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Other Palace, celebrating new musical theatre as part of this year’s From Page to Stage Festival produced by Aria Entertainment. Shona recently starred as Donna in Mamma Mia! at the Novello Theatre where she made history as the first actress to play both the mother and the daughter in the smash-hit musical, having played Sophie 14 years earlier.

As a well-established leading lady, Shona has had the privilege of playing some of the most sought after, iconic roles in musical theatre such as Elphaba in Wicked at the Apollo Victoria, Éponine and Cosette in Les Misérables and Florence Vassy in the Award Winning UK Tour of Chess; the actor-musician show directed by Craig Revel Horwood received great critical acclaim and went on to transfer to Toronto, Canada. Other theatre includes: Anita in West Side Story, Rita in All The Fun Of The Fair, Betty in Shout!, Miss Gordon in Merrily We Roll Along, Leda Cotton in I Capture the Castle and Lorna in The Route to Happiness. In recognition of her contribution to theatre Shona has recently been made Patron of London’s Playhouse Theatre where she performed as Magenta/ Usherette in The Rocky Horror Show.

Shona’s concert work includes the musical celebration Manhattan Nights in which she played homage to her real life idol, Barbra Streisand. She has performed with Sir Elton John at The Royal Albert Hall, featured as a guest artist in a special concert edition of Friday Night Is Music Night for BBC Radio 2 and taken centre stage at The SSE Arena, Wembley in her role of Ambassador for Adoption UK. With a passion for live music in an intimate setting Shona can often be found performing at some of London’s most famous Cabaret venues. She has previously entertained audiences at The Pheasantry in Chelsea, Pizza on the Park in Knightsbridge, Lauderdale House in Highgate and both The Hippodrome Casino and Above the Arts in the heart of London’s West End.

Television appearances include: Dancing in the Streets (BBC), Sing With A Star (ITV), Pebble Mill (BBC), The Royal Variety Performance (BBC) and a documentary entitled Broadway Babies for BBC Wales which featured Shona as a finalist in the First Voice of Musical Theatre competition.

Shona’s recording works include: Bushtales, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy movie soundtrack, Meadowlark for the Bolshoi Ballet, Summer Always Comes for Don Black and the original cast recordings of Zipp!, Manhattan Nights, All The Fun Of The Fair and Charles Miller’s When Midnight Strikes.
